PUBG Mobile may have received government approval to relaunch

Highlights

  •   PUBG Mobile is said to have received approval from the Indian government.
  •   The government last year banned PUBG Mobile for its Chinese association.
  •   Gameczone is working hard to bring PUBG Mobile back to India.

Only after the approval of the Indian government.  One thing that has been pointed out in many examples so far is that the government is not repeating its decision around the ban.  But, reportedly, Krafton, the parent company of PUBG Mobile, has taken the lead.  And this is great news.  It is rumored that the Indian government has allowed game developer Crafton to re-launch PUBG in the country.

Information courtesy of Good Nixon, alias Leo Sharma, who runs the YouTube channel on PUBG Mobile and related content.  God Nixon has quoted some sources in his recent videos as saying that the Indian government has given a "green signal" to re-launch PUBG Mobile.  According to sources, the government has given the green signal for the return of PUBG mobiles.  However, the exact release date and month have not been finalized, but the game will actually return.  "Some well-known content creators, including Ghatak, posted stories and left hints about a return," said Yutbar.

According to another YouTuber who goes through TSM Ghatak and is famous for videos related to PEBG Mobile, the next two months will be great for PBG lovers in India.  A translated version of his tweet states: "I was not disclosing this, but audience support did not stop me from disclosing. The following two months will be great for PUBG lovers."  And for those who love TSM, lots of exciting updates are coming soon. Please don't ask for a date.

We at India Today Tech have not been able to independently verify these claims.  That's why we suggest you take these claims with a pinch of salt.  And unless Crofton makes an official announcement, there is no way to say exactly what is happening on this front.

The last time we heard from a Krafton official was at the India Gaming Conference when Shawn Honel Sohan, Head of Corporate Development at Krafton, told Akshat Rathi, co-founder of Nodon Gaming, that the company was really hard to make PUBG Mobile India.  Working hard reality "I can't tell time and anything because we don't know yet. But what I can tell you is that we care a lot about the Indian market, and also that I can tell you  I know my friends in the Indian gaming industry and now I can know you in the Indian gaming industry too.

Glad to hear the positive news from the Crafton official.  And since he was speaking at a program backed by the Indian government, progress in resolving the stalemate between Crafton and the government felt like good news.  But so far, there is no official word
